A Summer Tart


Ingredients
Tart Crust
  1. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  2. 1/4 cup white sugar
  3. 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  4. 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup all purpose flour
Tart Filling
  1. 2 cups blueberries, picked over and rinsed
  2. 2 peaches, diced (really small)
  3. juice from 1 lemon
  4. 1 tablespoon white sugar
Tart Topping
  1. 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cup rolled oats
  3. 1/4 cup white sugar
  4. pinch of cinnamon
  5. pinch of salt
  6. 3 tablespoons softened butter
